Patient Details: Jasodaben/Female/60 Yrs
PHC Name: Koparli, Vapi, Valsad, Gujarat
Presenting Complaint: Diabetes management
Consultation/Follow-up Date: February 1, 2025
Jasodaben, a 60-year-old housewife from Koparli, used to struggle with managing her diabetes. Traveling to the city for check-ups was expensive and tiring, often leaving her condition unchecked as she had to depend on her children to take her to city hospital. This led to complications like foot pain and unstable blood sugar levels.
Everything changed when she visited the Phygital PHC Telemedicine Centre and met telemedicine GNM Ms Trupti. With easy access to specialist care, she now follows a healthier diet, takes regular walks, and keeps her blood sugar under control. Her recent follow-up was smooth—the doctor reviewed her progress, adjusted her medication, and reinforced dietary advice.
The best part? The service is free, saving her time and money while giving her family peace of mind. Despite occasional internet issues, Jasodaben is thrilled with the care she receives and encourages others in her village to take advantage of this life-changing service.
The Phygital PHC Telemedicine Centre is truly making diabetes care simple, accessible, and affordable for rural communities!
