Phygital PHC FPO Camp Diary: 25th August 2023
Shingoli Village, Kallamb Taluk, Osmanabad District, Maharashtra
An Eye Screening and General Health Camp was conducted on 25th August 2023 for the farmers associated with Grant Thornton Farmers Producer Organisation (FPO).
The camp was held in Shingoli Village, Kallamb Taluk, Osmanabad District, Maharashtra.
The camp was formally inaugurated by Shingoli Village Panchayat President Mr Bhagwan Mane
Ms Ravindra Mane (Director), Mr Daiwatrao Mane (Director) from Janaka Agro FPCL, Mr Yogesh Tale from Arya Collateral FPO and Mr Mahendra & Mr Sarvesh from Telerad Foundation were also present in the camp.
Other notable guests such as village Panchayat members, ASHA and Anganwadi workers were also present in the health camp.
Total 131 beneficiaries were screened for eye problems i.e. Diabetic Retinopathy 68 and Refractive Error 63.
Total 72 beneficiaries received physician’s consultation in the camp via teleconsultation. Phygital PHC staffs Ms Sukeshani and Ms Mayuri was leading the camp.
The beneficiaries received Physician consultations for Ophthalmology, Diabetes, Hypertension, ENT, Gynaecology, Paediatric and other general Health problems.
Generic medicines were supplied for the camp by the Health Department of Maharashtra.
