An Eye Screening & General Health Camp was held on May 19, 2023, at Chhiri PHC Sub-Centre in Krishna Park Village, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat.
ASHA and Anganwadi workers were also present for the camp.
Total 87 beneficiaries screened for eye problems: DiabeticRetinopathy (40) and RefractiveError (47).
8 beneficiaries received teleconsultation. Ms Trupti Patel, a dedicated member of our Phygital PHC staff, led the camp.
Physician consultations offered for Paediatrics, Diabetes, ENT, Gynaecology, and general health problems.
Generic medicines supplied by Gujarat Health Department.
