Phygital PHC Sub-centre Camp Diary: 08th November 2023
Dungra PHC in Dungri Faliya Village, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat
An Eye Screening and General Health Camp was conducted on 08th November 2023 in one of the Sub-Centre’s of Dungra PHC in Dungri Faliya Village, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat.
CHO & ASHA Workers of Dungri Faliya Sub-Centre and Anganwadi Workers of Dungri Faliya village were also present in the camp.
Total 114 beneficiaries were screened for eye problems (Diabetic Retinopathy – 53 & Refractive Error – 61)
Total 34 beneficiaries received consultation in the camp via teleconsultation. Phygital PHC staff Ms Lalitha was leading the camp.
The beneficiaries received Physician consultations for Ophthalmology, Diabetes, Hypertension, ENT, Gynaecology, Paediatric and other general Health problems.
Generic medicines were supplied for the camp by the Health Department of Gujarat.
