Phygital PHC Sub-centre Camp Diary: 14th September 2023
Jawar PHC in Kalmukhi Village, Khandwa Block & District, Madhya Pradesh
A General Health Camp was conducted on 14th September 2023 in one of the Sub-Centre’s of Jawar PHC in Kalmukhi Village, Khandwa Block & District, Madhya Pradesh.
CHO of Kalmukhi Sub-Centre, ASHA and Anganwadi Workers of Kalmukhi village were present in the camp.
Altogether 32 beneficiaries received consultations from our Physicians for hypertension, diabetes, gynaecology, paediatrics, ENT, dermatology and other general health problems. Phygital PHC Staff Ms Akanksha was leading the camp.
Generic medicines were supplied for the camp by the Health Department of Madhya Pradesh.
