Phygital PHC Sub-Centre Camp Diary: 11th April 2025
Koparli PHC in Angan Society, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat.
General Health & NCD Screening Camp was conducted on 11th April 2025 in one of the Sub-Centre’s of Koparli PHC in Angan Society, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat.
CHO of Angan Society Sub-Centre, ASHA and Anganwadi Workers of Angan Society were also present in the camp.
Total 28 beneficiaries were screened for Non-Communicable Diseases (Hypertension – 24, Diabetes – 24 & Anaemia – 28)
Total 38 beneficiaries received consultation in the camp via teleconsultation. Phygital PHC staff Ms. Trupthi was leading the camp.
The beneficiaries received Physician consultations for Diabetes, Hypertension, Anaemia, ENT, Gynaecology, Paediatric and other general Health problems.
Generic medicines were supplied for the camp by the Health Department of Gujarat.
