Phygital PHC Sub-centre Camp Diary: 15th September 2023
Koparli PHC in Gulab Nagar, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat
A General Health Camp was conducted on 15th September 2023 in one of the Sub-Centre’s of Koparli PHC in Gulab Nagar (Rata Sub-Centre), Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat.
CHO of Rata Sub-Centre, ASHA and Anganwadi Workers of Gulab Nagar were present in the camp.
Altogether 76 beneficiaries received consultations from our Physicians for hypertension, diabetes, gynaecology, paediatrics, ENT, dermatology and other general health problems. Phygital PHC Staff Ms Trupti Patel was leading the camp.
Generic medicines were supplied for the camp by the Health Department of Gujarat.
