Dr. Arjun Kalyanpur is CEO and Founder of Teleradiology Solutions, a global healthcare Company headquartered in Bangalore, that reports radiology scans for over 150 Hospitals in the US, Singapore, India, Europe and Africa. Teleradiology Solutions has been ranked the number 1 Teleradiology company in the US and awarded the title of “Best in KLAS” in Teleradiology. It is the first organization outside Singapore to be accredited by the Ministry of Health, Singapore, and was showcased to President Obama on his visit to India in 2010. The Telerad Group also has a software company that develops workflows for teleradiology, TeleradTech, a not-for-profit division, The Telerad Foundation, a teaching portal Radguru, and a clinical research group, Image Core Lab as well as a group of outpatient clinics, RXDX. Its AI group is working to develop deep learning algorithms for the early detection of breast cancer, brain hemorrhage and lung diseases.

Dr Kalyanpur trained at AIIMS, New Delhi, Cornell University Medical Center and Yale University in the US and is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology with Fellowship Training in Body Imaging and Neuroradiology. He is an active contributor to the scientific literature, has edited a radiology textbook, serves as a reviewer for several radiology journals and is on the editorial board of the Indian Journal of Radiology as well as the journal Emergency Radiology. He was awarded Modern Medicare’s Entrepreneur of the year award in 2007, was named one of the 50 pathfinders in Healthcare in India in 2009 by Express Healthcare magazine and one of 25 healthcare influencers by Healthcare Executive in 2015. Frost & Sullivan honored him with their Healthcare Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2015. He served as President of the Society of Emergency Radiology, India in 2023-2024.

Dr Kalyanpur trained at AIIMS, New Delhi, Cornell University Medical Center and Yale University. He is a passionate advocate for the use of AI in radiology. He is the Chief Radiologist and CEO of Teleradiology Solutions, Director of Telerad Tech, Director of RxDx Healthcare, and runs Radguru.net, a radiology e-learning portal.

In 2007, Dr Kalyanpur was named Modern Medicare’s Entrepreneur of the Year and in 2009, Express Healthcare Magazine recognised him as one of the 50 Pathfinders in Healthcare in India. In 2015, Healthcare Executive named him one of the Top 25 Healthcare Influencers, and that same year, Frost & Sullivan honoured him with the Healthcare Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Dr Sunita Maheshwari

Co-founder

Dr. Sunita Maheshwari, a Yale Medical School alumnus, was named a Trailblazing Indian Cardiac Leader at the ET Indian Cardiac Care Innovation Summit 2024. She was also recognized as one of Businessworld’s 20 Most Influential Women in Healthcare (2022), received the Outlook Business WOW (Woman of Worth) Award in 2019, and won the ‘Amazing Indian’ Award by Times Now in 2014. A parallel healthcare entrepreneur, she is the Chief Dreamer and Co-Founder of The Telerad Group.

Dr. Maheshwari is a US Board-certified Pediatric Cardiologist who completed her MBBS at Osmania Medical College, followed by post-graduate training at AIIMS, Delhi, and Yale University in the US. Among her many accolades, she received the ‘Young Clinician Award’ from the American Heart Association and the ‘Best Teacher Award’ at Yale University.

With over 200 academic presentations and publications, she runs an e-teaching program for pediatric cardiology postgraduates and is an inspirational speaker, having delivered over 200 lectures, including multiple TEDx talks.

She was recognized as one of the Top 20 Women Achievers in Medicine in India and serves as a Mentor in Residence for the Sustainable Health Initiative of the Yale Institute for Global Health, where she and her husband established the Kalyanpur-Maheshwari Endowment for Global Health Innovation.

She is currently the President of the Pediatric Cardiac Society of India and serves on the boards of HDFC Bank and GSK Pharma India, where she chairs their CSR Committees.
