Free Eye Screening Camp at eAarogya Kendra Centre – Karahalli Yeshwanthpur, Hoskote Taluk

CLEAR VISION, BETTER LIVES

Good vision is key to better health, education, productivity, and quality of life. Through the “Clear Vision, Better Lives” initiative, communities across 29 villages of Hoskote Taluk are being empowered to prioritize eye health through awareness, education, vision screening, and access to corrective care.

As part of this initiative, a Free Eye Screening Camp was conducted on 10th June 2026 at the eAarogya Kendra Centre, Karahalli Yeshwanthpur, Hoskote Taluk, with the support of Tenax India Industrial Chemical Private Limited and managed by Telerad Foundation.

The camp was formally inaugurated by Mr Arshan Anees (CEO), Tenax India, along with the Tenax team

Using the newly donated Auto Refractometer, a diagnostic ophthalmic device that enables quick and accurate detection of refractive errors, a total of 74 beneficiaries underwent Vision, Refractive Error, and Cataract Screening. Beneficiaries requiring further intervention were referred for vision correction and cataract surgery.
