Phygital PHC Sub-centre Camp Diary: 09th November 2023
Koparli PHC in Rata Village, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat
An Eye Screening and General Health Camp was conducted on 09th November 2023 in one of the Sub-Centre’s of Koparli PHC in Rata Village, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat.
CHO & ASHA Workers of Rata Sub-Centre and Anganwadi Workers of Rata village were also present in the camp.
Total 111 beneficiaries were screened for eye problems (Diabetic Retinopathy – 51 & Refractive Error – 60)
Total 43 beneficiaries received consultation in the camp via teleconsultation. Phygital PHC staffs Ms Trupthi & Ms Falguni was leading the camp.
The beneficiaries received Physician consultations for Ophthalmology, Diabetes, Hypertension, ENT, Gynaecology, Paediatric and other general Health problems
Generic medicines were supplied for the camp by the Health Department of Gujarat.
