Felicitation of ASHA Workers and PHC & Rural Hospital Staff: 1st, 3rd, and 5th December 2025
Sultanpur PHC, Mehkar Rural Hospital, and Deulgaonraja Rural Hospital in Buldhana district, Maharashtra
As part of the Phygital PHC Programme, Telerad Foundation organised felicitation events on 1st, 3rd, and 5th December 2025 at Sultanpur PHC, Mehkar Rural Hospital, and Deulgaonraja Rural Hospital in Buldhana district, Maharashtra. The programme was conducted to acknowledge and appreciate the dedicated efforts of ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) workers, PHC staff, and Rural Hospital staff for their valuable support in strengthening Phygital PHC services.
The ASHA workers and healthcare staff have played a crucial role in the effective implementation of healthcare services across 15 Phygital PHC telehealth initiatives spanning four states—Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh. Their commitment has been instrumental in ensuring improved community outreach, service delivery, and awareness creation. Similar felicitation programmes will be conducted at other PHC locations over the coming months.
The Phygital PHC initiative is a CSR project supported by Bayer and implemented in collaboration with Telerad Foundation. Telerad Foundation expresses its sincere gratitude to all community mobilizers, including ASHA and Anganwadi workers, as well as PHC and Rural Hospital staff, for their continuous support in mobilization and community awareness activities.
