Phygital PHC Sub-Centre Camp Diary: 07th January 2025
Koparli PHC in Rata Village, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat
General Health & NCD Screening Camp was conducted on 07th January 2025 in one of the Sub-Centre’s of Koparli PHC in Rata Village, Vapi Taluk, Valsad District, Gujarat.
ASHA Workers and Anganwadi Workers of Rata Sub-Centre were also present in the camp.
Total 28 beneficiaries were screened for Non-Communicable Diseases (Hypertension – 26, Diabetes – 26, & Anaemia – 28)
Total 33 beneficiaries received consultation in the camp via teleconsultation. Phygital PHC staff Ms. Trupthi was leading the camp.
The beneficiaries received Physician consultations for Diabetes, Hypertension, ENT, Gynaecology, Paediatric and other general Health problems.
Generic medicines were supplied for the camp by the Health Department of Gujarat.
