Phygital PHC Sub-Centre Camp Diary: 16th April 2025
Galag PHC in Arakere Village, Devadurga Taluk, Raichur District, Karnataka.
General Health & NCD Screening Camp was conducted on 16th April 2025 in one of the Sub-Centre’s of Galag PHC in Arakere Village, Devadurga Taluk, Raichur District, Karnataka.
CHO of Arakere Sub-Centre, ASHA and Anganwadi Workers of Arakere village were also present in the camp.
Total 73 beneficiaries were screened for Non-Communicable Diseases (Hypertension – 73, Diabetes – 73, & Anaemia – 73)
Total 73 beneficiaries received consultation in the camp via teleconsultation. Phygital PHC staff Mr. Rajashekar was leading the camp.
The beneficiaries received Physician consultations for Diabetes, Hypertension, Anaemia, ENT, Gynaecology, Paediatric and other general Health problems.
Generic medicines were supplied for the camp by the Health Department of Karnataka.
