Telerad Foundation, Bengaluru, and Ashoka University, Sonipat, under the aegis of IFRE, have signed a groundbreaking MOU to promote and conduct high-quality research. This collaboration aims to strengthen and accelerate the development of lifesaving prevention, treatment, and management tools for public health priority diseases in India.
On behalf of IFRE, the MoU was signed by Ms Sarala Yadav and Prof Anurag Agrawal. Representing the Telerad Foundation, the honours were done by noted radiologist Dr Arjun Kalyanpur and the Chief Impact Officer of Telerad Foundation, Mr. Ashwani Sinha.

- Building collaborative health research programs integrating advanced translational and clinical research, including AI, ML, and deep learning.
- Advancing health data analysis research in modern biotechnology, biological sciences, computational biology, and molecular medicine.
- Sharing resources and information based on mutual capabilities to develop tools and solutions for disease prevention and cure.
- Offering joint training, fellowships, exchange visits, and technology transfer to build capacity and recruit a diverse group of students, researchers, and leaders in biomedical science, public health, medical education, and clinical care.
- Organizing symposia, conferences, and meetings to advocate for and create an enabling environment for human clinical research studies.
- Facilitating communication among scientists, epidemiologists, data analysts, clinicians, public health professionals, and industry professionals in research areas of mutual interest.
- Exploring joint funding and resource mobilization efforts.
- Any other areas mutually decided by the Parties, consistent with applicable statutes, regulations, and policies.
