
Phygital PHC Centre Camp Diary: 30th May to 5th June 2025
Dhoki, Dahipal, Mangrul, and Terkheda PHC centres in Dharashiv District, Maharashtra
An Eye Screening & General Health Camp was successfully conducted across all four Phygital PHC centres—Dhoki, Dahipal, Mangrul, and Terkheda—in Dharashiv District, Maharashtra, from 30th May to 5th June 2025.
The camp witnessed active participation from the Dharashiv District Teleconsultation Facility Manager, Medical Officers, and ASHA Workers from each PHC.
A total of 363 beneficiaries were screened for Diabetic Retinopathy, and 407 individuals underwent screening for Refractive Errors. Additionally, 123 beneficiaries received expert consultations through teleconsultation services.
Phygital PHC staff—Ms. Surekha, Ms. Sukeshani, Ms. Priya, and Ms. Padmini—along with Optometrist Ms. Sujatha, efficiently led the camps at their respective centers, ensuring seamless coordination and effective service delivery.
The beneficiaries received comprehensive consultations for ophthalmic issues along with Diabetes, Hypertension, Anaemia, ENT disorders, Gynaecological issues, Paediatric concerns, and other general health conditions.
Generic medicines were supplied by the Health Department of Maharashtra to support the medical needs of the attendees.
