
Phygital PHC Centre Camp Diary: 24th to 27th June 2025
Chhiri, Koparli, and Dungra PHC centres in Valsad District, Gujarat
An Eye Screening, Breast Cancer Screening, and Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) health camp was successfully organized across all three Phygital PHC centres — Chhiri, Koparli, and Dungra in Valsad District, Gujarat, from 24th to 27th June 2025.
The camp saw active involvement from Medical Officers, CHOs, and ASHA Workers at each PHC.
A total of 264 beneficiaries were screened for Diabetic Retinopathy, and 285 individuals underwent Refractive Error screening.
Breast cancer screening was provided to 135 women, while 167 beneficiaries availed Pulmonary Function Test services.
Additionally, 125 individuals received expert medical advice through teleconsultation services.
Phygital PHC staff—Ms. Jashoda, Ms. Trupti, and Ms. Lalitha—led the camps at their respective centres with excellent coordination and commitment, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Beneficiaries received comprehensive consultations covering ophthalmic conditions, diabetes, hypertension, anaemia, ENT issues, gynaecological problems, paediatric concerns, and other general health issues.
Generic medicines were provided by the Health Department of Gujarat.
